- If time’s tight, I suggest ordering a few extras just in case. Think of them as insurance. (Extras are always good for last-minute design upgrades, too).
- On the rare occasion your flowers do take a hit during shipping (it happens, though it’s pretty rare), I’ve got your back. Send me photos of the damage and packaging, and we’ll work together to make it right—whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.
